SnapGene and partial restriction digests revisited
Sometimes, you still need to do old-fashioned restriction digests. E.g. you might want to quickly confirm the overall integrity of a plasmid backbone. If you happen to add not enough enzyme you end up with a complex pattern. Welcome the world of partial digest interpretation!
