We have successfully conducted the 8th Workshop on Balto-Slavic Natural Language Processing!
BSNLP this year was held in conjunction with the EACL: the 16th Conference of the European Chapter of the Association for Computational Linguistics in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The meeting featured the 3rd Shared Task on SlavNER -- the competition on Recognition, Normalization, Classification and Cross-lingual linking of Named Entities in Slavic Languages. Many international teams participated. The training and test data have been released to the research community.
