In this joint project with groups of Anu Kantele, Olli Vapalahti and Ville Paavilainen, we search for SARS-CoV-2 specific B-cells from recovered COVID-19 patients' blood, single cell sequence their B-cell receptors encoding immunoglobulin heavy and light chains, and produce monoclonal antibodies in CHO cell culture system.
