Ethics and philosophy of management
This theme underlies our entire approach to all of the other three research sub-themes (small business management; innovation, technology and communication; value networks and value chains), and is therefore reflected in the research approach of each of these sub-themes, connects them and yet also is a singular research focus in itself.
In terms of theory, we employ multiple theoretical perspectives ranging from critical and ethico-political to integrative perspectives.
