The virtual learning room is built up by a number of fictional cases, based on expected problems that teachers can expect to encounter in school. Developing and working with virtual cases in teacher education is rare, which means that we are at the forefront of creating something new with great has great potential also internationally. Through the project, we will use our joint expertise and develop teacher training in cooperation. The research will focus the development and testing of the cases.
In collaboration between University of Helsinki, Stockholm University and The Centre for Lifelong Learning at Åbo Akademi University we will create content for a virtual learning room to be used in teacher education.
