ReNEW and nordics.info at the 2019 Göteborg Book Fair

ReNEW and nordics.info are presented at Forskartorget, the largest arena for popular science at the 2019 Göteborg Book Fair, 26-29 September.

Scandinavia's largest cultural event, gathers about 90,000 teachers, librarians and book lovers to the Swedish Exhibition Centre Gothenburg for the next four days.

ReNEW and nordics.info are presented at the , Book Fair’s largest arena for popular science where 125 researchers, 50 exhibitors and 85 talks and debates are presented at the stage. Come and visit us at the B05:72!

On Saturday 28 September leader of ReNEW, professor Peter Stadius from the University of Helsinki and Maja Hagerman, researcher and non-fiction writer, will be on stage discussing Nordic identity building in the 20th century.

På 1900-talet fortsatte 1800-talets skandinavism i ny tappning under benämningen nordism. Samtidigt blev det nordiska en förebild både i välfärd och bland rasforskare. Norden och det nordiska är begrepp som innehåller en mängd spänningar, vilket är synligt i vårt samhälle än i dag.
