Ceren is a Postdoctoral Fellow. Her project involves using hierarchical VAE models to integrate multi-omics data and identify regulatory pan-cancer subtypes.
Sara is a NORPOD Postdoctoral Fellow on a collaborative project between at FIMM (Helsinki) and NCMBM (Oslo). Her project involves integration of multi-modal single-cell data to identify potentially novel regulatory cancer cell subpopulations in ovarian cancer.
Olavi is an iCANDOC PhD student. His project involves developing a deep learning approach to predict enhancer-promoter interactions.
Panos is an iCANDOC PhD student. His project involves subtyping of patient-specific gene regulatory networks.
