Helsinki Innovation Services Ltd is the technology transfer office of the University of Helsinki. It acts as the commercialisation arm when it comes to intellectual property owned by the University. It seeks actively to commercialise the results of the cutting-edge research by e.g. founding spinout companies as well as commercialising and novel, proprietary technologies via licensing and sales.
