From interns to research assistants

Elly and Li continue their work in CHARM!
Elly and Li continue their work in CHARM from February to April!

We are extremely delighted to share that Elly Okinyo and Li Tian will continue in the CHARM project as Research Assistants from February to April.

During their internship, both made significant contributions to the project’s analytical work. From developing data workflows and documentation systems to advancing imaging analysis and machine learning approaches, their work strengthened CHARM’s methodological foundation. Now, they will build on this progress by continuing to contribute to data analysis across our material datasets.

We are proud to see their roles grow from internship to research positions. Their continued involvement reflects both their dedication and the collaborative spirit of CHARM, where interdisciplinary curiosity and initiative are valued. Thank you to The Research Council of Finland for funding CHARM and for the opportunity to support young researchers in the early stages of their career.
