Hotel reservation

The conferment committee has reserved a block of rooms, at a special rate, at Solo Sokos Hotel Helsinki (Kluuvikatu 8) from 18 to 21 May 2023.

The room prices are as follows:

Single room standard, 140 € per night
Twin room standard, 160 € per night

Unsold rooms will be released from the reservation block gradually, and the final date for booking a room is 20 April 2023. We recommend that you make a booking in good time. The offer code and booking instructions will be sent along with the registration confirmation. In other words, the earlier you register for the conferment ceremony, the sooner you will be able to book the hotel.
