Here is your roadmap to the application process. As soon as possible, you should make sure that you satisfy the language requirements and that you have collected and authorized your application documents. When the application period starts, complete your registration on Studyinfo.fi portal and fill in the application. Submit all items in time to meet the deadline.
The application period to Master’s Programmes for studies starting in Autumn 2017 has ended on 12 January 2017 at 15:00 Finnish time. Information concerning the next application period will be available soon.
The University of Helsinki has one intake of students per year for the Master's (graduate) level.

These scholarships are intended for excellent students from outside the EU/EEA* who want to do a master's programme at the University of Helsinki. Grants can be applied while applying to the University of Helsinki’s masters’ programmes.

In Finland, annual tuition fees will be introduced to foreign-language Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes starting on August 1, 2017 or later. At the University of Helsinki, this in practice refers to Master’s programmes in English. Citizens of non-EU/EEA countries, who do not have a permanent residence status in the area, are liable to these fees.
