New opinion piece in Turun sanomat on the low consumption of Baltic herring and how to re-introduce it into our diets

BONUS GOHERR researchers doctoral student Suvi Ignatius, docent Päivi Haapasaari and principal researcher Jouni Tuomisto from National Institute for Health and Welfare wrote an opinion piece in the newspaper Turun Sanomat on, arguing that the currently low consumption of Baltic herring ought to be increased.
