The conference Forum Wood Building Nordic gathered more than 300 academics, decision-makers and practitioners from the Nordics and beyond, to discuss and learn from the latest developments in the field of wood construction. Discussions were centered around design, business and policy aspects.
Among the key topics discussed were future pathways for resource efficiency and the current status of sustainability in wood construction.
A collection of papers presented at the conference, including papers by FBBS researchers, were published in a special issue of Wood Material Science and Engineering.
