Informed Birds are going places in Finland

Team Informed Birds were interviewed for Yliopistolehti, the University's magazine, about their summer field work.

Team Informed Birds were interviewed by Emmi Skyten for the University of Helsinki magazine (Yliopisto-lehti) about their research programme into the role of social interactions among reed warblers during range expansions. Emmi and Susanna Kekkonen visited the team during their summer field work in Hjylelahti, just one of their many sites 100km along the coast around Helsinki. Postdoc Ed Kluen even featured on the cover.

I quickly interviewed Ed myself and he had this to say: "I had an enjoyable time in the field, and being interviewed by a journalist and a photographer, who were well informed and professional. I'd like to say thanks to Emmi and Susanna for doing an excellent job with the article."
