CLUMP team at UKCLC 2020

Members of CLUMP project have recently participated in the UK Cognitive Linguistics conference.

Our PhD students gave two talks at the UKCLC last week. The conference was held completely online, and we were pleased with the efforts the organizers have put into it. Everything went smoothly and the presentations sparked interest from many of the cognitive linguists.

Alena Konina presented the latest results on the role of syntactic structure, prosodic units, and pauses in chunking.

Aleksandra Dobrego talked about consensus in an intuitive chunking task, combining the results from many speech segmentation datasets obtained during last four years.
