Our laboratory is focusing on identification of metastasis/invasion associated molecules using phage display technology and two dimensional gel electrophoresis from three different cancer-related models:
- cultured metastatic vs. non-metastatic human breast cancer cells
- primary human leukemic stem cells and human glioblastoma models.
