Join a weekend-long intensive dive into the world of legal technology, during which the students work in groups mentored by top professionals of the trade. This year we are offering two challenges to choose from:

The Challenge 1: Tools and technology for legal professionals

As legal technology has increasingly made its way to the legal sphere, further integration into the sphere is seen by means of facilitation and improvement of tools to legal professionals.
What are the tools that allows a legal professional to solve an issue more efficiently? Is it a chatbot delivering legal services or a calendar displaying dates of a court hearing?

The Challenge 2: Assistive legal tech for persons with disabilities

Technology is the instrument to make massive progress on inclusive society - a society where everyone has equal opportunities. Under certain circumstances principles such as equality emanate from the law, however leaving the implementation to the society and its members.
Questions remain to be addressed such as: what are the assistive legal technologies that enable persons with disabilities to exercise rights and overcome barriers in an efficient way? Is it through a software giving access to the legislation or is it a device helping a person with disabilities to navigate in the court?

As a learning event the high-energy weekend will be unforgettable and the multidisciplinary approach offers the students a great chance to network with future professionals. Law students will gain real-life experience by stepping outside the theoretical legal realm and joining tech-minded people in tackling a concrete problem head-on. IT and design students will get insight on the emerging legal tech scene.

The Grande finale: Prizes and a chance to shine at think corner stage

The reward? Make an impact and have a chance to present your work to industry influencers and win fame and glory. Oh yes, and prizes. The weekend will end with an epic wrap-up party.
