Helpdesk support is included in the service free or charge.

Standby support
It has been agreed with the customer in advance that an employee of the IT Center is available past Helpdesk if necessary. This type of standby time is charged as 50% of the price of hourly work stated in the price list. Realised work is charged according to the price of hourly work stated in the price list.

Support attendance
It has been agreed with the customer in advance that an employee of the IT Center is present in the customer's event. A full price for the entire duration of the attendance will be invoiced. The customer will also be responsible for the additional expenses of the work in accordance with the IT Center price list. Working outside the regular working hours (extra work, overtime, weekend work), potential travel expenses, daily allowances, etc. may constitute additional expenses.

Delivery and travel expenses will be separately charged.
Evening and Saturday work +50%, Sunday work +100%.

The value added tax valid at the time will be added to the prices.

The terms and conditions of JIT2007 for IT procurements of the public sector will be complied with when delivering services.
