The NaPPI team is working with data experts from INRAE to implement standards for fair data management in order to facilitate meta-analysis across multiple experiments. To assist in this effort, an online workshop will be held on March 6-7, 2023 to provide support for image data users in adopting fair data management practices and implementing the PHIS phenomics information system.
The workshop will also cover various data processing tools and methods available on EGI platforms, including image pre-processing with deep learning and data post-processing with R and Python. Interested participants can find more information and register via the provided links.
