Helsinki University Library operates across the university's four campuses and online.
The library is led by University Librarian
Helsinki University Library was established in 2010, when the campus libraries, faculty libraries, and the Student Library were merged into a single entity.
The library offers its clients comprehensive multidisciplinary printed and digital collections across the university's research and teaching fields. Electronic resources are available to all users within the library facilities, and university members can also access them remotely from anywhere.
Library access is open to everyone, and borrowing rights are granted to individuals over the age of 15 who reside permanently in Finland.
