Helsinki University Data Support's birthday party & Open Science Awards 2019 will be held on 21 October at Think Corner´s Think Lounge.

Event: Avoimen tieteen iltapäivä (Open Science Afternoon): Datasupport 10 years & UH Open Science Prize awards

Time: Monday, 21 October 2019 at 15:00 at Think Corner's Think Lounge (Yliopistonkatu 4)

Helsinki University Open Science Award for the year 2019 will be granted at Open Science Afternoon. University of Helsinki Open Science Prize has been awarded since 2017. This year the prize will be awarded to UH faculty or unit, that has successfully promoted Open Science culture. We will start the event with UH Data Support's birthday party. Programme includes i. a. anniversary speech, congratulatory speeches and coffee & cake.

Open Science Afternoon is part of the events at the University of Helsinki. In addition to Open Science Afternoon, Open Access Week at the University of Helsinki includes Open Science Kiosks, which take place at all campuses during the week.
