The Meilahti Campus Library opens 8.8. - street work causes harm

The Meilahti Campus Library will open its doors on Mon 8 August 2022 after the summer break. Please note that due to street works in Meilahti area, public transport and vehicles take exception routes. There may also be noise inconvenience from rock drilling work.

Street work in Meilahti

Construction work on a new tramway terminus has begun near the Meilahti hospital site in early August. Street works will be carried out on Tukholmankatu and Haartmaninkatu. The works will cause changes to the routes of public transport and motor vehicles. For example the two nearest bus stops of the Meilahti Campus Library will not be in use. Pedestrian and cyclist exceptions will be signposted.

Noise inconvenience from the rock drilling work is possible between 7 am and 6 pm. There may be short interruptions to the water supply during the connection work.
