The chat service familiar from the library's website is now also available in the Helka database.
Both on the website and in Helka, the chat is available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
You can open the chat in Helka from the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. On the library's website, the chat bar is on the right-hand side of the screen (Avaa chat, Öppna chat, Open chat).
The chat is available for library issues on weekdays from 9-16, welcome online!
