On 16.1.2024, there was a fire alarm in Kaisa House, which caused the house to be evacuated at around 15:35. The fire brigade arrived and investigated the cause of the alarm.
The fire alarm turned out to be unfounded and the Kaisa House was open for business again from about 16.00.
The fire alarm did not affect the adjacent building, the Aleksandria Learning Centre. Each building has a designated protection organisation, whose members are responsible for evacuating the building in case of an emergency, together with the employees present at the fire.
