Kaisa House has limited services throughout the summer. The Campus Libraries in Kumpula, Meilahti and Viikki will remain closed at least until the beginning of August.
The safety of our customers and staff is important to us, so we ask you to only visit the library when you're healthy. Please take care of hand hygiene and keep adequate distance from other customers and staff to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
During the exceptional situation Kaisa House can only be accessed through the main entrance on Fabianinkatu.
For accessible entrance, please call the library service desk on 02941 23920. We will help you with the lift from either the University of Helsinki metro station or Kaisaniemenkatu.

Helka on vacation at the end of July: two-week service break in loans and reservations
Helka is being renewed during the summer, which is why there will be a service break in loans and reservations from July 16 onwards. Electronic collections will be available even during the service break.
If you have searches or favorite lists stored in the Helka database, you will have time to retrieve and save them until July 16. Your reservations are also valid until July 16, 2020.
Please note that the reservations you have made will not be transferred to the renewed Helka database unless you have already received an arrival notification for the book. Therefore, be prepared to place your reservation again in August, when the renewed Helka is in use.
