From January 2023, basement floors K3 and K4 will be open to customers on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. On weekends, floors K3 and K4 will be completely closed.
When the floors are closed, library staff will retrieve materials on request. The requests can be made at the library's customer service on the 3rd floor of Kaisa House.
