The Conference will be held at the University of Helsinki Central Campus. The conference venue is located in the Main Building of the University of Helsinki (Fabianinkatu 33).

Accessibility: The room is accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchair entrance is on Fabiankatu 33 (the new side entrance of the main building).

Arriving in Helsinki

Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is located 19 kilometers from the centre of Helsinki.

 How to get between the airport and the city centre:

  • Taxi (40-50 €)
  • Airport Taxi Yellow Line offers transportation rom airport to city centre with special price. tel. +358 (0)600 555 555 (1,25 €/call+local call charge)
  • Train "Ring Rail Line" from the Airport to city centre (timetable). A regional ticket costs 5,50 euros and can be purchased from Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) ticket machines and onboard trains from a ticket sales carriage.  
  • Bus, Finnair City Bus (6-7 €, timetable)
  • Public Transport Bus (5,50 €, timetable)

  • There are numerous taxi stands around the city centre and they can also be hailed. Taxis can be ordered from the number +358 100 0700 ((1,17€/call +0,25€/10 seconds + local call charge), the service is open 24 hours a day.
