Picking up reservations is now easier than before. Reservations are no longer organised by the last pickup date – now you will find your reservation by using the request ID. Your request ID is included in the arrival notification, or you can find it by logging into your Helka account. The request ID is personal and remains the same for all your reservations.
It is now possible to reserve all library materials (except for short-term loans), including course books that are available on the shelves. By making a reservation, you can ensure that you will get the textbook you need. Please remember to cancel your reservation in Helka if you do not need the material you reserved.
