Does your group need a room for study-related project work in April–May?

This spring, the library will pilot the use of Room 6005 in the Kaisa House for students of the University of Helsinki to do project work. Groups participating in the pilot are given the right to book the room for a maximum of 4 hours per day for study-related project work.

If your group would like to participate in the pilot, please send an email to and include the following in your message:

  • the course to which the project work relates
  • the period when you need the space (April–May)
  • estimated need (days/week)
  • the size of the group
  • the names of 1–2 contact persons and their University of Helsinki usernames. The contact persons will be granted booking rights for the space.

There are a limited number of spots. Groups will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you if the pilot has already reached its capacity.
