Open Science and Research Winter Conference will be held on December 2–4 at the University of Helsinki and at the House of Sciences and Letters. The theme of the event is “As open as possible”.
Topics will include responsible international cooperation and research security, open science and researchers’ freedom of expression, and open science in research and business collaboration. The event will also highlight the enablers of open science: services, incentives, and open science and research culture.
Registration for the Winter Conference is open until November 19, 2025.
The program will be in Finnish, but automatic translation tools are available for online participants. It is also possible to register only for selected sessions (open science and business collaboration and open science and freedom of speech), each of which has a separate registration option on the form.
Session of 2nd December at 1-4 pm will be held at the Kaisa House (7th floor).
