The library’s customer service desks at Kaisa House, Kumpula, Meilahti, and Viikki, as well as the chat service, will be closed on Wednesday, 22 April 2026, due to a staff event. It is not possible to pick up a library card, interlibrary loans or reference material when the customer service is closed. You can pay late fees online by logging in to Helka.
Libraries will be open in line with the opening hours of the buildings.
