Doctoral School and Doctoral Programmes
The University of Helsinki Doctoral School comprises 14 doctoral programmes. The Doctoral School and its doctoral programmes are based on collaboration in research and doctoral education. The doctoral education structure covers all disciplines represented at the University and all doctoral researchers.
The Faculty of Medicine coordinates three doctoral programmes. Programme-specific application instructions and application periods can be found on the respective doctoral programme websites.
In addition, doctoral researchers at the Faculty of Medicine may be affiliated with doctoral programmes coordinated by other faculties.
