In the Bachelor's Programme in the Languages and Literature of Finland, you can, according to your interests, either specialize in language or literature or choose to study both. The study tracks on offer in the programme are Finnish language and culture, Finnish language, Finnish-Ugric languages and cultures, Finnish literature,
Scandinavian languages (Swedish as a second language), Scandinavian languages (Swedish as a first language) and Scandinavian literature. You can also study Romany and Roma culture.
If you are interested in a student exchange within this programme, please note that the language of instruction is mainly Finnish or Swedish. Advanced-level courses in Estonian and Hungarian are taught in Finnish or Swedish, as are the courses in Danish, Icelandic and Norwegian. Only rarely are there courses offered in English.
