Call for abstracts

The Call for Abstracts will open on November 16, 2026.

Abstracts can be submitted through the Oxford Abstracts platform from this until February 7, 2027.

The abstract submission process is the same for all presentation formats (talks, posters, and lightning talks). Accepted abstracts and their presentation formats will be decided based on the abstract ratings and the authors’ presentation preferences.

Abstract Format

Abstracts should be no more than 300-500 words in length excluding references and keywords. Submissions should include headings and follow a format appropriate to the research, for example:

Empirical research (including prospective, ongoing, and completed projects):

  3. Methods
  4. Results/Expected results
  5. Conclusions
  6. References

Theoretical research/reviews

  1. Background
  2. Aims
  3. Main Contribution

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission will open on 16 November 2026 and close on 7 February 2027.

The submission link will be available on this website from that date.
