Organising two hybrid training sessions (optional) and distributing some best-practice materials (will be linked here when available)

Organising a drop in session for any last minute questions.

Making sure each session ends on time (i.e. does not exceed 90 minutes).
What are session conveners responsible for?
Arranging the order of the speakers in their session.
Ensuring speakers stick to whatever time limits session conveners decide.
Admitting remote participants into the Zoom meeting and disabling the lobby (conveners will be granted host rights for the Zoom meetings upon entry).
Monitoring questions and answers, both in-person and online
The SSD Conference Lobby is your entry point to all conference sessions. You can join all the Zoom rooms for the conference sessions via the orange boxes inside the Conference Lobby. The password to the lobby is SSD. Please remember that times are indicated in the conference lobby are in EEST.
