The conference will be held at the University of Helsinki
An accessible entrance is located at the far left of the Fabianinkatu entrance. Lobby services are available on the right-hand side of the entrance hall.
There is no accessible entrance on Unioninkatu or Aleksanterinkatu. An alternative entrance is from the courtyard at the Yliopistonkatu side, which also has an accessible parking space. A ramp leads to the entrance. Next to this entrance are an accessible WC, storage lockers and an accessible lift to the upper floors.

Posters will be displayed in the Rectoria foyer area close to the auditorium.
Poster session 1 - Wednesday 19th August, 10:30-12:00
Posters can be set up from Tuesday 18th August 10:00, and must be removed at the latest during the coffee break on Wednesday 19th August (14:20-14:45).
Poster session 2 - Wednesday 19th August, 16:00-18:30
Posters can be set up from Wednesday 19th August during the coffee break (14:20-14:45), and must be removed by the end of the conference on Thursday 20th August.
