Registration to Nutrition Winter School 2020 can be made by filling out the Registration form.

The registration fee for Nutrition Winter School 2020 includes the right to attend lectures, seminar material, social programme, lunches, coffee, and dinners. The attendance does not cover breakfasts, travel, and accommodation.
After completing the registration form, invoice with payment details will be sent to your email within a few days. Payment must be received before the start of the seminar. Should you cancel your participation to seminar, the registration fee is refunded fully if the Organizing Committee is notified before 15 December 2019. Refunds are not paid for cancellations made after 15 December 2019.
We fully encourage students and other young scientists to submit abstracts as we are always happy to support them in their careers.
The abstract submission deadline is 15 November 2019.
Abstracts should be sent as a word doc or as a pdf to nutrition.winterschool[at]helsinki.fi before the submission deadline.
The maximum lenght of the abstract is 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
The Organizing Committee will inform whether the abstract was accepted for an oral or a poster presentation by 30 November 2019. The Organizing Committee has the right to reject inappropriate abstracts. In that case, the registration fee will be returned.
Abstracts selected for oral presentation will be printed in the seminar booklet. Details about oral presentations and posters will sent to the selected participants by 30 November 2019.
The seminar will be held at Levi Hotel Spa at Levi, Kittilä, Finland. The seminar participants are required to book their own accommodation. Here are some suggestions for you where to stay during the seminar.

Levi Hotel Spa is a modern hotel and congress centre combining full facilities mixed with local flavour. The hotel is located right next to the Levi slopes and ski tracks.

Cabins and apartments, Levi village
The Levi village has also a wide selection of cabins and apartments you can rent. Some of them even include their own saunas. Sharing a cabin or an apartment with another seminar attendee might also decrease the price of accommodation.
