Nutrition Winter School is a scientific seminar that revolves around various topics related to nutrition and the gut. Ever since we organised this event for the first time in 2009, the purpose of the seminar has been to gather early-career scientists and top researchers from various backgrounds and enjoy scientific lectures and fruitful discussions under the magical atmosphere of the Finnish Lapland.
The 7th Nutrition Winter School will take place in January 2023 at Saariselkä, Finland. The theme "The Saga of the Gut" will lead us to understand various roles of the gut in health and disease.
