Registration

Registration fee is 124 EUR (€) (includes VAT 24% and invoicing costs) and the registration fee includes lectures, coffees and lunch on Thursday. The registration is free for invited speakers. 

Last day for registration is April 24, 2022.

• The fee DOES NOT include accommodation which the participants should book separately.
• All payments must be made in EUROS.
• All participants will receive an invoice to pay registration fee.
• Please make sure the billing address and your full name are clearly written so that the invoice can be sent, and the payment is registered correctly.
• Your registration is valid only after the payment has been received.

Please note

• Please note, that any later changes to the billing address may lead to additional costs – check carefully that the entered information is correct!
• In case of late cancellation, we may need to charge the participant for any non-refundable costs. 
• By signing this registration form you acknowledge that you understand that this is a binding registration

All cancellations and/or changes in the registration must be made in writing to the meeting coordinator Päivi Turunen, email ext-paivi.turunen@hus.fi

Cancellation of registration fee:

• Full refund will be made for cancellations received before or on April 14, 2022
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after April 14, 2022
• There will be no refund for no-shows
• In case the meeting is cancelled by the organizers due to the covid-19 pandemic, even after April 20, 2022, the registration fee will be fully refunded
