Conference App

A Conference App is used during NNFF9. The App contains, for instance, the program, abstracts and a list of participants. Any changes in the programme on-site will also be communicated to participants via the App.

All registered participants have received a personal e-mail from the NNFF9 Participant services Confedent International, with instructions on how to log into the App. If you have any questions regarding the App, please contact Confedent International (nnff9@confedent.fi).

Information for presenters

Paper presentations are 20 minutes plus 10 minutes discussion. The time frame for a symposium is 90 minutes, and the organisers are responsible for the arrangement, i.e., length and order of the individual presentations in the symposium.

Note that only some of the lecture rooms, in which paper sessions take place, are equipped with a desktop computer. However, you can use your own laptop and connect it to a larger screen in each room. When using Apple products, you need an adapter to connect to the HDMI cable. We recommend that you bring your own cable, if possible.

Please also note that it is not possible to print the participants' own notes on-site during the conference, i.e., if you wish to have notes or other documents printed, we recommend that you print them in advance.

There will be conference assistants helping you out during the conference days – do not hesitate to ask them in case of any questions!
