A professional congress organiser Confedent International takes care of the registration and conference fees. Participants are kindly requested to register for the conference by 7 September 2026 by filling in the online registration form below. When registering, you will be required to pay the registration fee (please see the next section for fee amounts and exemptions). The payment options are online payment (Visa, Mastercard, GooglePay) and payment against invoice (cheques will not be accepted). Early Bird: 140 € (available 10–30 June)
Standard: 180 € (available 1 July – 7 September)
Students and one day registration: 75 € (available 10 June –7 September)
Non-presenting attendees: one day registration 75 €, 3 days 180 € (available 10 June – 12 October)
Participants whose primary affiliation is with the Aleksanteri Institute and Ukrainians with an affiliation in a Ukrainian institution will be exempt from the participation fee.
