Social event - Reception at Helsinki City Hall

We will have a Helsinky City Reception at Vanhan Raatihuoneen Empire-sali, Aleksanterinkatu 20 on Wednesday 26.8 from 18:30 to 19:30. This is a welcoming event hosted by the City of Helsinki for all conference attendees, as valued visitors from the scientific community to the Finnish capital.

All registered participants should have received an email from  with a link to register for the event. You will need to present the QR code ticket to access the event, this code has been sent by the City Hall ()

During the event, drinks and finger food will be served (please note that the reception may not be sufficient as a full meal).

The dress code is smart casual.
