ICAME48

We are happy to invite you to the ICAME48 conference, which will take place at the University of Helsinki (Finland) on 18–22 May 2027. 

The conference theme is “The Times They Are A-Changin’”. We invite all submissions on corpus-based approaches to English, and especially abstracts addressing the theme of the conference. The academic programme will consist of four plenaries, pre-conference workshops, presentations and a poster session. The social programme will include a welcome evening reception, a boat trip, and the conference dinner and disco.

• Call for papers out: June 2026
• Workshop proposal deadline: 31 October 2026
• Abstract submission deadline: 1 December 2026
