Registrations are temporarily closed until further update on Covid-19 situation, which will be released on the website by 25th of March, 2020. Registered delegates will also receive an e-mail with update.

Early bird fee for academics is 380 € and is available until 8th of March, 2020. Registration fee after that will be 480 €. The fee for accompanying person is 190 €. The registration fee for industry representatives is 950 €.
EUROPIC 2020 registration fee for academics includes:
- All conference sessions and materials
- All meals mentioned in the programmee
- Cruise and Dinner on June 1st
- Gala Dinner on June 3rd
Industry registration includes:
- Same as academic registration fee
- Company logo on Europic 2020 web site
Accompanying person fee includes:
- Cruise and Dinner on June 1st
- Gala Dinner on June 3rd
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and should be booked separately. If you wish to stay at the Conference venue, Scandic Park Helsinki, the organisers have reserved single and double rooms for booking from May 31st to June 5th. Please read more about booking accommodation below.
You will receive a confirmation email after submitting of each of the forms. If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 h after applying please contact us.

The maximum allowed title length is 15 words. The maximum length of the abstract is 250 words. The abstract should not contain references, names of the authors or their collaborators or other direct indications to the laboratories that authors represent. The abstract should only contain text, special symbols are allowed, images are not allowed.
How to submit and abstract
Left hand menu in the abstract submission form summarizes the submission process. You will need to enter the abstarct title, selet the conference section you wish to send your abstract to, enter all authors names and their affiliations, and abstract text. You can switch between submission steps using the left hand menu. The Preview section gives you an overview of the sections that are required to be completed before you can submit your abstract. Once all required sections have been completed, you can submit your abstract in the Submit section of this page. You can also save you incomplete abstract at any time by clicking "Save As Draft" button and continue submittion later. Once the abstract is submitted, it can not be edited anymore.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and should be booked separately. If you wish to stay at the Conference venue, Scandic Park Helsinki, the organisers have reserved single and double rooms for booking from May 31st to June 5th. The price per night is 179€ for a single room, and 199 € for a double room. You can book a room directly through the registration form. When booking hotel through the registration form, please note that the rate shown is for your entire stay. You will only be charged a one night deposit at the time of the booking.
It is possible to share a room. When sharing a double room, indicate your roommates name in the "Share with" field to avoid any double bookings. Please note that if you and your roommate both book a room when registering, you will have two rooms. The delegate mentioned as roommate should tick the "no accommodation needed" box in her/his registration form.
To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night's room rate is required. Reservations without a paid deposit cannot be confirmed. The deposit will be deducted from the total hotel bill, that is to be settled at the hotel upon departure. If you will pay against invoice, kindly note that your reservation is guaranteed only after we have received the deposit payment.
Scandic Park room price includes VAT and breakfast. Rooms are reserved on a "first come, first served" basis. We cannot guarantee room availability for late bookings.

Important: Please note that Helsinki becomes quite busy in early summer and it might be not easy to find accommodation just before the conference. We strongly recommend booking a place to stay well in advance.
We accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard credit cards or payment against an invoice. We cannot accept payment using American express and Diners club cards, and cheques. When paying against invoice, a EUR 14 invoicing processing fee will be added.

For registration and accommodation bookings, an administration fee of EUR 50 will be applied to all cancellations made prior to or on January 1st, 2020. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after January 1st, 2020. 100% payment has to be made even if due fees are not paid at the time of cancellation.
Travel grants will be available for early-stage researchers that submitted their abstracts for poster or oral presentations. Early-stage researchers are students, PhD students and postocs who received their latest academic degree no more than five years ago.
The amount of travel grant will be 250 € and the grants will be announced during the conference. If you wish to apply for a travel grant, tick the relevant checkbox in the Europic registration form.
