The registration for EGF2020 has ended.

Registration fee: EUR 50

The last day for registration was 13 October 2020.

NOTE! If you had already registered for the EGF 2020 meeting, your registration will be automatically transferred to the virtual meeting and your payments will be refunded (deducted with the virtual meeting registration fee of EUR 50). Please do not register again.
All accommodation bookings booked through the registration form have been automatically cancelled.

Cancellation terms for virtual meeting registration:

Registration is binding. No refunds will be made in case of cancellation.
100% payment to be made, if fees not already paid at the time of cancellation.

The Conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid registration fees.

Cancellation terms for registration, social events, tours and accommodation:

* An administration fee of EUR 50 will be applied to all cancellations made by April 20, 2020. -> date postponed to October 30, 2020.

* No refunds will be made for cancellations made after April 20, 2020. 100% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation. -> date postponed to October 30, 2020.
