Accepting an offer of admission

Accept the student place offered to you in a bachelor’s or master’s programme by the set deadline, or you will lose the offered place. Let us also know if you do not wish to accept the offered student place.
Notify us whether you wish to accept the offer of admission

Let us know no later than 11 July 2024 (before 15.00 Helsinki local time) whether you wish to accept the offer of admission. If you are offered a student place from the waiting list after 4 July 2024, you must accept the offered place no later than seven days after being informed of your admission, before 15.00 local Helsinki time. The specific deadline will be indicated to you by email. The notification of acceptance of an offer of admission is binding.

If you fail to accept the offer of admission by the deadline, you will lose the offered student place.

If you have a Finnish personal identity code, accept the offer of admission using the MyStudyinfo service. If you do not have access to the required methods of identification to use the MyStudyinfo service, contact Admissions Services immediately.

If you do not have a Finnish personal identity code, the Studyinfo.fi service will send you an email with a link to a page where you can indicate whether you wish to accept the offered place. You will receive this email within 24 hours of the announcement of admissions results.

Conditional admission

Some applicants may be conditionally admitted. If you have been conditionally admitted, you have been notified via email or through the MyStudyinfo service. Besides accepting the offer of admission, you must provide proof that you will meet the condition set by the deadline. Only then can you register for the academic year.
