Grid boundaries for the AFE territories,
http://www.helsinki.fi/~rlampine/gmap/gridfilelinks.kml. This file contain links to the individual KML files on this web site. Right click the link, copy the link location, open Google Earth and use 'File | Open' in Google Earth (or the save the file to local disk and open the kml file in Google Earth). In Google Earth, tick or untick the links to the files depending on where you want to see the grid displayed. You can modify the the colour, width and opacity (etc.) of the grid cells in Google Earth. |

These utilities are yet unfinished and undocumented (and no support is promised). However, they have been useful in
working with AFE map data (for instance, in finding the AFE grid cells for place names, addresses or different types of coordinates).
They are based on Google Maps, and they use, among other things, use the KML files listed above.
