This bird shows many features of Glaucous Gull Larus hyperboreus, but the outermost primaries are too dark for a "pure" bird. I would consider this gull a "probable hybrid" (hyperboreus x argentatus). Similar birds are seen infrequently in Southern Finland (where Glaucous Gull is a scarce winter visitor).
