| Aerosol is solid or liquid particles suspended in a gas. One can say that atmosphere is aerosol. Particle sizes in atmosphere range from nanometer scale to hundreds of micrometers. Smaller particles are single molecules or molecular clusters. Larger particles like footballs are not so interesting (physically). Pasi is able to measure particle sizes and concentration of aerosols. He is more or less interested in atmospheric aerosol. | |
