Tässä esitetty luettelo on väitöskirjani luonnosvaiheen ajalta. Osa
näistä lähteistä jäi pois lopullisesta versiosta karsittuani ja
tiivistettyäni tekstiä useaan kertaan. Lähes kaikista artikkeleista
minulla on kopiot paksuissa mapeissa; vain muutama on sellaisia
